Change, renewal and cancellation

After completing your Flexible Leasing booking:

1. If you would like to change the vehicle type (car, van, motorbike, etc.) or category (SUV, Urban, Compact, etc.), you will need to make a new booking.

After the Flexible Leasing contract has been signed:

1. If you would like to change the vehicle type (car, van, motorbike, etc.) or category (SUV, Urban, Compact, etc.), you will need to make a new booking.

2. If you would like to change the vehicle model within the same category that you booked, you will need to inform us, change the vehicle at the beginning of the invoicing period, and pay a fee of €100.

***All changes are subject to vehicle availability and the needs of OK MOBILITY. Requests for changes must be sent to rentingflex@okmobility.com.

Active Flexible Leasings cannot be extended, but you can make a new booking via our website, app or Leads Centre, so you can continue to enjoy your Flexible Leasing with us.

You can cancel your Flexible Leasing by paying the amount of your first monthly instalment.

Once the contract begins, you can request early cancelation by writing to us at rentingflex@okmobility.com. If you do not send your request at least thirty (30) days before the next invoicing period, you will need to pay a fee corresponding to the amount of the following monthly instalment.

If you booked your Flexible Leasing with the “One-off” payment method, benefiting from the additional discount, and would like to cancel early, the total payment amount

shall be pro-rated to calculate the monthly instalment fee.

***Early cancelation does not entitle customers to refunds or deductions of any amount from monthly instalments already paid.
